Job summary

Balfour Beatty Power T&D seeks an experienced Project Manager – Cabling for the BTNO project in Assington, Suffolk. You will lead safe delivery of HV cabling works, ensuring on-time completion within budget and to high quality standards.

You will manage project teams, drive risk and opportunity reviews, and maintain robust safety, environmental and governance processes across the site and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on a variety of project types.
• In-depth understanding of commercial/project management communications.
• Experience implementing safe systems of work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to mentor and inspire teams with a learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Hold periodic project reviews and update the Digital Briefcase.
• Maintain accurate project records (progress, diaries).
• Prepare and present internal/external reports and liaise with stakeholders.
• Lead and manage teams to ensure works are deliverable.
• Review RAMS and subcontractor RAMS.
• Develop H&S plan and keep it live.
• Coordinate procurement plans to meet deadlines.
• Monitor KPI performance and lead risk/opportunity reviews.
