How Will You Make an Impact?

Supporting the operation of the Dunhill Humidor and Ready to Wear (RTW) business at our Bourdon House flagship store. Your role will involve maximizing sales and profitability across all product lines, ensuring exceptional customer service, and seamless operations. This includes cultivating strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, in line with brand standards.

  1. Sales & Client Management:
    • Provide expert advice on cigar selection and humidor maintenance.
    • Drive sales across all product lines, including RTW, attracting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
    • Achieve and surpass individual and departmental sales targets with a proactive approach.
    • Build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clients.
    • Maintain high CRM activity levels, fostering long-lasting client relationships.
    • Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally.
    • Manage exchanges and special requests effectively.
  2. Inventory & Operations:
    • Manage stock levels to ensure optimal rotation and minimize waste.
    • Keep accurate records of stock and sales data.
    • Ensure the proper storage and maintenance of cigars, maintaining ideal humidity and temperature conditions.
    • Implement and uphold robust stock control procedures.
  3. Administration and Security:
    • Follow all systems and procedures in accordance with company policies.
    • Complete all required forms and procedures thoroughly.
    • Utilize tagging and security systems appropriately.
  4. Marketing & Events:
    • Assist in planning and executing in-store events and promotions.
    • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns for the Humidor.
    • Maintain consistent brand awareness within the department.
How Will You Experience Success With Us?
  • Experience in luxury retail environments.
  • Proven stock management skills in high-value settings.
  • CRM system experience.
  • Knowledge of cigars, including care and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with premium cigar brands.
  • Proficiency with Inventory Management Software and POS systems.
  • Event planning experience.
  • Sales experience in wine or spirits is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for the Dunhill brand and international clientele experience.
