How will you make an impact?

Supporting the operation of the Dunhill Humidor and Ready to Wear (RTW) business at the Bourdon House flagship store. Your role involves maximizing sales and profitability across all product lines while ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless operations. Cultivating strong relationships with key clients and industry partners in accordance with brand standards is essential.

Responsibilities include:
  • Sales & Client Management: Providing expert advice on cigar selection and humidor maintenance, driving sales, attracting new clients, developing existing relationships, and managing high-net-worth clientele with professional CRM activity.
  • Inventory & Operations: Managing stock levels, maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper storage conditions, and implementing stock control procedures.
  • Administration & Security: Following company policies, using tagging and security systems correctly, and completing all required forms and procedures.
  • Marketing & Events: Participating in planning and executing in-store events and promotions, collaborating on marketing campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency.
What does success look like?
  • Experience in luxury retail, stock management in high-value environments, CRM systems, and cigar industry knowledge.
  • Proficiency with inventory management and POS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and a passion for the Dunhill brand.
