This is an excellent opportunity to teach a combination of subjects across the humanities faculty, such as History, Geography, and Religious Education, depending on your specialism and the school’s needs.
The Role:
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
Teach one or more Humanities subjects (flexibility around specialism)
Contribute to curriculum planning, student assessment, and enrichment opportunities
Support students in developing analytical thinking, empathy, and a global perspective
What We’re Looking For:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
A degree in a Humanities-related subject (History, Geography, RE, etc.)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for promoting humanities education and a reflective teaching approach
ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
