We're looking for a passionate and skilled educator to join a committed teaching team, delivering engaging lessons across the Humanities curriculum - with a focus on History and/or Geography at KS3 and KS4. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inclusive Humanities lessons, primarily History and/or Geography
Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, reflection, and independent thinking
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of diverse learners
Track and report on student progress, using data to inform planning
Support the school's ethos and contribute to whole-school activities
Collaborate with colleagues across departments and participate in CPD
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Degree in a relevant Humanities subject
Strong subject knowledge in History and/or Geography
Proven ability to plan and deliver effective lessons at KS3 and KS4
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to inclusion
