TeacherActive is working with a respected middle school in Redditch to appoint a Humanities Teacher for KS3 on a long-term temporary basis with immediate start. You'll teach across Humanities, mark and plan lessons, and work closely with colleagues to sustain high educational standards.

Salary: £140 - £200 per day

This school provides a supportive and inclusive environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential through a strong focus on learning, development and positive relationships.

The school is looking to take on an experienced Humanities Teacher on a long-term temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Humanities Teacher will be teaching KS3 students across Humanities subjects, delivering engaging lessons and supporting students throughout their learning journey. The role will also involve marking work, planning lessons and working closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of education.

The successful Humanities Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Humanities within a secondary or middle school setting
• Experience delivering lessons to KS3 students
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
• A committed and adaptable approach to teaching
