Reporting to the Country Manager and the Global Human Resources Director your objective will be to manage all HR aspects of our events.
To achieve this, your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment of our operational teams:
Weekly scheduling of Arlettie employees:
Administrative management of HR activities:
Participating in the development of our department through project management on various topics (new HRIS in S2)

Ideal Candidate Profile
With a minimum of a two- or three-year degree in Human Resources, you have initial experience in a recruitment agency or in an HR role, ideally within the retail sector.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy human interaction.
You are known for your strong attention to detail and your affinity for working with numbers.
You are adaptable and thrive in ever-changing environments.
You are persistent and fully committed to the success of your missions
Excellent command of Excel is essential.
English, French would be a plus.
Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
Transportation costs are reimbursed at 80%.
