Salary and Commission:

£40,000 Base salary, with an uncapped commission structure: 20% commission on billings over £7K per month.

Their clients are progressive, hyper-growth VC-backed businesses across the UK, Europe, and the US, working with the best-in-class HR Professionals from around the World. The consultancy is made up of true experts in their field, with a strong industry presence. They make it their business to attend major events and networking opportunities, ensuring deep sector connections that help maintain their position as industry leaders.

The Role

As an experienced HR Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play an integral role in placing senior-level HR talent into high-growth, VC-backed businesses, delivering exceptional talent solutions that drive their success. You will have the opportunity to grow your own desk, while benefiting from roles delegated by the founders, allowing you to get a strong start as you grow your client base.

The Team

The team is currently a solid group of six, including the two co-founders, all of whom have been with the company for a number of years. Future growth plans are double in size and develop a strong focus on the US Market. The consultants have a genuine interest in their clients and make it their business to understand the unique needs and culture of each client. You’ll also be working alongside one of the co-founder’s dogs—who’s a very great team member, even if he does prefer to nap during meetings!
