HR People Partner - Employee Relations & Projects

Location: Hybrid (Lambeth) - 2 days in office, 3 days remote

Salary: Up to 41,500

Hours: 35 hours per week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and project delivery? We're looking for a dedicated HR People Partner to join our client, focusing primarily on end-to-end employee relations cases and supporting key organisational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex employee relations cases from start to finish
  • Provide expert ER advice and coaching to managers and senior leaders
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
  • Deliver and support HR projects to drive continuous improvement
  • Act as a trusted partner, influencing and supporting managers on ER matters
  • Maintain strong organisational and case management skills in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record managing complex employee relations cases and advising senior management
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proactive, results-driven, adaptable, and discreet
  • Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
