An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced CIPD qualified Human Resources Officer to join a small but high-performing HR team in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This is a varied and hands-on generalist role, supporting a growing organisation with both UK and international operations. As HR Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering a comprehensive and professional HR service across the business. You’ll provide advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, absence, and training. You’ll take ownership of key HR processes such as probation reviews, annual salary and performance review cycles, and will manage end-to-end operational tasks to support them. You will also lead company inductions, exit interviews, and support broader initiatives including health and safety and office facilities.
