Role Summary
The HR Manager will play a critical role in managing our HR responsibilities for our team as we grow. You’ll lead the development and execution of our people strategy, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent. From hiring and compliance to culture and performance, you’ll help build a high-performing, values-driven organization. You will also manage the companies HR Employee Relations focus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment with a focus on credit, risk, engineering, and customer service talent
Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with fintech and lending regulatory requirements
Build onboarding, training, and performance management programs
Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
Ensure compliance with employment law, data privacy, and financial services HR regulations
Handle employee relations issues with discretion and provide strategic HR guidance
Foster a strong culture of accountability, transparency, and inclusion
Implement HRIS systems and leverage data to drive decisions
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
2+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in fintech, lending, or financial services
Strong understanding of HR compliance in regulated industries
Proven success in hiring for technical and operations roles
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Experience with HR technology (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
Certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) preferred
