A leading organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support its mission and vision in Manchester. Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Purpose of the role:
To support OMF’s mission and vision by managing Human Resources in line with OMF values and providing people-focused support to the Director of People and Culture. A key responsibility of the role is to ensure that OMF UK maintains compliance with UK Employment Law and best practice with oversight of employee recruitment, development and payroll. The jobholder will take a proactive and prayerful approach to support staff welfare and foster a positive working environment.
