We deliver a range of services to support the patient experience, with a total budget of £3.2 billion and a workforce of 39,000 staff, providing local, regional, and national acute and primary health care services.
In partnership with Inverclyde Council, Inverclyde HSCP provides joint health and social care services to over 79,000 residents. We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Manager responsible for providing timely, responsive, and effective HR advice and support on complex operational issues. The role involves working closely with management teams, exercising relationship management skills, and collaborating with the HR Support and Advice Unit and wider HR and Organisational Development Directorate.
The role offers flexibility regarding base location, with the possibility of working from home and traveling across the NHSGGC area. The post may require working in other areas as needed.
