  • Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, workplace disputes, performance concerns and capability issues.
  • Develop and oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, performance improvement plans and development opportunities.
  • Review and update HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks and associated documentation.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date employee records in line with data protection requirements.

  • Manage absence, sickness, annual leave and attendance processes, providing guidance to managers where needed.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including pensions, healthcare and other contractual entitlements.
  • Liaise with Finance and Payroll to ensure employee changes, absences, overtime and other payroll adjustments are communicated accurately.
  • Work with Directors and Project Managers on workforce planning, recruitment forecasts and employee development.
  • Identify HR-related risks and opportunities to improve compliance, efficiency, employee engagement and retention.
