How You'll Make an Impact

• You will prepare engaging job adverts, post roles and assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• You will collaborate with the recruitment team to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• You will engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback throughout.
• You will conduct employment checks and process offers on acceptance.
• You will participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies.
  You are a recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a related degree discipline.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Linkedin.
• You have a passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
