The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless system integrations, data integrity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
• Ensure HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow are effectively managed.
• Manage HRIS projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with expertise in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow.
