As our user base expands and our team scales rapidly, we’re looking for a driven HR Executive to support our people operations and help us build an exceptional remote team.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, employee benefits, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Support performance review processes, team engagement initiatives, and employee development programs.
  • Help define, implement, and scale HR policies that reflect Flowmingo’s values and growth goals.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, support requests, and HR-related matters.
  • Require 1–5 years of experience in Human Resources or people operations (startup or tech company experience is a plus). Entry-level applicants are welcome.
  • Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Be passionate about creating great employee experiences and building a strong company culture.
