A leading company in Avonmouth is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their friendly HR team. The role involves supporting HR administration, managing employee lifecycle activities, and providing advice on HR matters. The company offers funding for CIPD training and excellent working hours.

Our highly established client has an opening for an HR Coordinator to work closely with the Group HR Manager.
This is an on-site role based in Avonmouth, offering excellent working hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, and an early finish on Friday from 08:00 - 13:30.
The salary is up to £30,000 per annum.
The client also provides:
Working within a small, friendly HR team, you will support HR administration and coordination for the group.
You will assist with employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, offboarding, and inductions.
General HR administration tasks such as managing personnel files, GDPR compliance, and right-to-work documentation.
Monitoring and reviewing employee absences.
Providing support and advice on all people-related matters, including performance issues, disciplinaries, and grievances.
Coordinating training and support for apprentices.
We seek a proactive HR Coordinator with experience in manufacturing or related sectors who enjoys building relationships and wants to grow within a busy organization.
A formal HR qualification is not mandatory, but if you're interested, the company offers support for CIPD Level 3 or 5 funding.
You should be familiar with HR processes and policies, with current knowledge of employment law.
Experience in handling employee relations is essential.
