Job summary

Broadgate in Aberdeen is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join a growing People Consultancy team. The role offers hybrid working, and the option of full or part-time (minimum four days per week) to suit your schedule.

You’ll provide HR advisory support across a range of clients, covering employee relations, employment law, performance, absence, recruitment, policies and people initiatives, with opportunities to progress into greater client ownership and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ HR experience, strong employee relations and employment law knowledge, and the confidence to advise managers and senior stakeholders.
• Level 7 CIPD preferred, or willingness to work towards it.
• Commercially aware, organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver practical advice.
• Full driving licence and access to your own car essential due to client-site travel.

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join a growing People Consultancy team in Aberdeen. You’ll work with a diverse range of businesses, becoming a trusted HR adviser to managers and leadership teams. Your work will span employee relations, employment law, performance, absence, recruitment, policies and wider people initiatives, giving you exposure to different sectors and challenges.

What we’re looking for
