HR Business Partner

Are you a commercially savvy HR Business Partner who loves coaching leaders, driving people strategy, and making a visible impact?

You'd be joining a growing, multi-site SME business, looking for a confident, capable HRBP to work autonomously with remote-based colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the go-to partner for a key business area, aligning people strategy with commercial goals
  • Coaching and enabling line managers to lead effectively
  • Leading projects that enhance performance, culture, and engagement
  • Collaborating across L&D, Talent, and Operations to build capability and plan for future growth
  • Using insight and data to shape strategy and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications and qualities:

  • HRBP experience in a growing, complex service sector business
  • Strong generalist background with confidence to advise on ER and ambiguity
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the credibility to influence at all levels
  • Preferably CIPD qualified
  • Passion for employee experience, inclusion, and ethical practices
