As HR Business Partner, you’ll support managers across the full employee lifecycle while helping to develop a positive, high-performing and engaging workplace.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

I’d be keen to speak with HR professionals who have:
The role requires someone who is resilient, adaptable, collaborative and comfortable challenging where appropriate while still building strong relationships across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a genuine business partnering role where they can remain close to the operation, influence managers and play an active part in shaping the wider people agenda.
