About the Role

We are partnering with a rapidly growing international technology company seeking an experienced HR Associate to establish and lead its human resources function during a pivotal growth phase. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracts and legal compliance, supporting a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Build scalable people operations and implement HR frameworks.
  • Support organisational structure evolution.
  • Manage Talent Management & Retention, Organisational Design & Workforce Planning.
  • Ensure Contracts and Legal Compliance.
  • Oversee HR Operations Administration & Compliance.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in senior HR or People Operations roles, ideally in high-growth or international tech environments.
  • Support for legal and contractual functions, with experience in a standalone role.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, organisational design, and employee development.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or CIPD qualification.
