A leading mid-market Private Equity firm is seeking an HR Assistant to support its Operations team. The role involves delivering HR services, managing diaries, and assisting with recruitment and wellbeing initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills and at least three years of PA experience, with a focus on HR tasks.
Inflexion is a leading mid-market Private Equity firm, investing in high growth, entrepreneurial businesses. Our funds invest across a variety of sectors from offices in London, Manchester, Amsterdam, Sweden, Germany and the US.
We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Operations team. You will be working alongside the HR Manager and Advisor to deliver exceptional HR services to all employees and Partners at Inflexion, as well as solely managing our Operation Partner’s diary. You will be based in our offices on Mandeville Place, with hybrid working available (3/2).
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills, an ability to learn quickly, and to prioritise key tasks. You should have at least three years’ experience as a PA or equivalent, and have had exposure to HR or people related tasks.
o Maintain data within the HR system, HiBob (“HRIS”);
o Benefits and wellbeing;
o Recruitment;
·All aspects of diary management for the Operations Partner.
·Organising meetings, conference calls, booking rooms and arranging UK and international business travel as required.
·Assistant with document production as required (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
·Working alongside the HR team to schedule annual appraisal meetings and L&D sessions.
·Ad-hoc and project-based tasks.
Key knowledge, skills and experience required:
·Previous experience within a fast-paced team environment (Private Equity or Financial Services is desirable but not essential).
·Excellent organisational skills.
·Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
·Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
·Previous experience of using HRIS database (or equivalent) to a reasonable level.
