Job summary
The general HR Department is located in the Clock Tower Building of the Northern General Hospital. The service operates during opening hours of 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. A flexible working arrangement is available to support service needs and work-life balance.
The hours of the job are 37.5 per week over 5 days; part-time working requests will be considered based on service needs. On-site working is required alongside home working, with equipment provided.
The HR Assistant role involves providing comprehensive, high-quality administrative support and typing services across the Business Partner Teams. You will offer first-level HR advice regarding Trust policies, procedures, and Agenda for Change terms and conditions of service.
