This is not a role where you will be limited to one area of HR. You will gain practical experience across the People function, with plenty of opportunity to take greater ownership as your knowledge and confidence develop.

Experience within professional services, legal services or a similar corporate environment would be beneficial, but applications from candidates with relevant transferable HR experience are also welcomed.
You do not need to know everything already. What matters most is that you have a good foundation in HR, are organised and switched‑on, and are keen to learn.
You will be joining a friendly and collaborative People team that will support your development while encouraging you to take ownership of your work.

Once you are fully established in the role, hybrid working is available, with four days in the Manchester office and one day working remotely.
