ARO Search are partnering an established and fast growth organisation based in Lutterworth to source a HR Assistant on a 12 month contract. This position would suit anyone who is early on in their HR career which could be a graduate, college leaver, career changer etc.
The HR Assistant will oversee all elements of HR administration, onboarding, inductions, off boarding and partnering with the wider HR team on the administration and management of company reward schemes.
The salary on offer is £24,000 per annum plus a company specific benefits package.
