The Role

They are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to learning and development, compliance, and HR systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who is looking to develop their career in a firm that truly values its people.

You’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, supporting recruitment processes, maintaining and improving HR systems, and ensuring compliance with employment law and data protection regulations. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
