Overview:

Established in 2010, Aramco Trading (ATC) is a leading trading company in the Middle East, focusing on refined products, blending components, petrochemicals, and polyolefins. With offices in Dhahran, Singapore, Dubai, Fujairah, Houston, and London, ATC employs about 600 staff dedicated to global trading activities.

Aramco Trading Limited (ATL), incorporated in London in 2019, engages in energy trading including procurement and sale of refined products, crude oil, chemicals, shipping, and financial derivatives. The company is expanding into the gas sector, trading LPG and LNG.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support for the London team
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Administer employee benefits and pensions
  • Support performance management, training, development, and compensation activities
  • Maintain accurate HR records
  • Lead reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics
  • Support HR systems and process improvements
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects

Requirements:
