Overview:

Established in 2010, Aramco Trading (ATC) is a leading trading company in the Middle East, focusing on refined products, blending components, petrochemicals, and polyolefins. With offices in Dhahran, Singapore, Dubai, Fujairah, Houston, and London, ATC employs about 600 staff committed to global energy trading.

Aramco Trading Limited (ATL), incorporated in London in 2019, specializes in energy trading including crude oil, refined products, chemicals, shipping, and financial derivatives. The company is expanding into LNG and LPG trading.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to the London team
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure pension compliance
  • Support HR activities such as performance management, training, and compensation
  • Maintain accurate HR records
  • Lead reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics
  • Assist with system and process development
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects

Requirements:
