Four Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Preston to provide trusted advice to managers and support the Head of HR.

This generalist role covers delivering HR projects, updating policies, reporting on HR metrics, advising on employee relations, and coaching managers to ensure the business has capable, informed people practices.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership in the delivery of HR projects
• Contributing to the creation and updating of HR policies
• Reporting on HR metrics, and using this data to inform decision making
• Advising Managers on employee relations issues
• Delivering coaching sessions to Managers
• Working with Managers to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
• Driving forwards a variety of engagement related initiatives
• Working with the broader people team to deliver an efficient service to the business

Job description

I am supporting my client based in Preston with their search for an experienced HR Advisor. This is a fantastic role for a true generalist looking to build on their experience already gained. Reporting into and working closely with the Head of HR you will provide trusted advice and guidance to Managers, ensuring all HR practices are effective, consistent and in line with employment legislation.
