A growing business in Glossop is seeking an HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role involves supporting the HR function, managing employee lifecycle processes, and advising on HR queries. The ideal candidate will have foundational HR experience and a passion for service excellence in a dynamic environment.
We are working with a growing business to bring an HR Advisor into the team to provide support and bolster the existing team during a busy time. This role is suitable for a HR Administrator or Assistant looking to step up and develop their HR experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Joining a small team in a busy environment, this is a hands-on role where you'll ensure the foundations of the HR function are robust and fit for purpose as the business evolves.
You will own the employee lifecycle admin processes, make recommendations for process improvements, and support the wider HR team from a generalist perspective. You will also be involved in projects related to Talent Development and Acquisition.
Additionally, you will advise and guide line managers on ER queries, with support from the team.
We are seeking someone with foundational HR experience, passionate about providing excellent service, and eager to support the development of the HR function while gaining exposure to diverse HR projects.
Essential requirements include a good understanding of HR processes and Employment Law.
This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of approximately £30,000. The position is based in Glossop with a hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
