Human Resources Administrator to join our shared services team based in
Huddersfield or

About The Team
Our Human Resources (HR) Admin team supports the entire UK business through various HR administrative tasks. They work closely with HR Business Partners and colleagues to ensure smooth operations, from onboarding to managing employee records, payroll, and employee relations. Their comprehensive involvement ensures seamless HR functions, contributing to the organisation's success.
About You
As a key member of the Human Resources Share Services Team, your role as
HR Administrator is vital to support the UK business's end-to-end HR cycle. Whether starting your career or progressing, this role offers growth opportunities. You should live within commuting distance to Huddersfield or Leeds and be available to work on-site, Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs).
Your Responsibilities
- Produce HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and references
- Maintain electronic personnel records and HR database
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR and payroll
- Collate payroll info, including starters and leavers, liaising with payroll
- Advise line managers and employees on HR matters, e.g., family leave
- Support HR projects and perform administrative tasks
- Build effective relationships with colleagues
Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
