Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will play a critical role in talent acquisition, onboarding, HR strategy, and administrative support, particularly in the context of projects. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for people, a strong understanding of HR functions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, and selecting top-tier talent for aerospace-related roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and project demands.
- Onboarding
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and provide necessary documentation, training, and introductions to company policies and culture.
- HR Strategy
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and business objectives.
- Support workforce planning and contribute to strategic initiatives that promote organizational excellence and employee engagement.
- Learning Support Assistant
- Assist internal staff and client employees in delivering high-quality project outcomes by offering HR-related support.
- Foster a collaborative environment that supports skill development and client satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately and promptly.
- Respond to HR-related queries via internal portals and email.
- Coordinate with both internal departments and external stakeholders to address employee concerns and process-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems, employment laws, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD qualification desirable).
