Agratas – A Tata Enterprise is seeking a Human Factors Specialist to support the safe establishment and growth of a UK battery manufacturing facility. In a fast-paced start-up environment, you will drive the integration of Human Factors across manufacturing operations, engineering projects and process design, helping to build a world-class safety culture from the ground up.

You will focus on developing practical systems, SOPs and SOPs that support safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing

Competenze

• Degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Organisational Psychology or related discipline.
• Practical Human Factors experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or safety-critical environments.
• Proven ability to write, implement and improve SOPs and operational procedures.
• Experience supporting operational teams in a growing business.

Mansioni

• Develop and improve Human Factors programmes across manufacturing and operations.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Safety and Project teams to integrate HF requirements into design.
• Conduct task analyses, workplace assessments and human error assessments.
