  • Engagement with stakeholders is an important aspect of the role. The engineer will take part in workshops, design reviews, and discussions with project stakeholders, including clients and end users, helping to understand operational needs.

  • Communicating Human Factors considerations in a clear and practical way

What you’ll need to succeed...

  • A degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • Registered member of the CIEHF, working towards, or interested in, professional accreditation (Chartership).

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Human Factors and ergonomics principles and their application to complex systems.
