Job summary

Kraken is the operating system of the future for Utilities. This Human Design Lead role focuses on transforming client cultures, guiding leadership development, coaching executives, and embedding new ways of working across engagements.

Based in Paris, France, you will own senior client relationships, lead end-to-end pursuits, and collaborate with Global Practice Leads to bring best practice into programs and ensure a consistent delivery experience.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of leadership development, coaching, and organisational psychology.
• Experience leading major transformation programs across geographies.
• Strong relationships with C-suite and executives, with excellent storytelling and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and end-to-end pursuit, onboarding, and ongoing delivery for a regional portfolio (approx. 4 clients).
• Kick-start Human Design discussions with clients, run initial sprints, culture surveys and Exec LDP.
• Liaise with Global Practice Leads to apply best practices and drive top-down cultural transformation.
• Ensure consistent Kraken experience across the client portfolio and act as a bridge to success stories.

To make this possible at pace, clients need the incredible tech stack that Kraken offers, the ability to improve how they operate and to have a culture that enables them to thrive.

Clients are increasingly interested in understanding how they can improve not only their customer operations but the business functions, and business units that sit horizontally and vertically to customer operations in retail.

To enable this Kraken now structures itself across 3 key delivery practice groups. Human Design, Org Design and Tech.

This role sits within the Human Design Team.

Purpose of the Human Design Lead

The main purpose of the Human Design Lead is to be the single point of accountability for the successful enablement and implementation of culture / ways of working transformation in our clients. Human Design activities align to Global Practices and include:

• Human enablement
• Behavioural transformation
• Leadership Development Programs
• Coaching
• Learning

What you’ll own:

• New and existing senior clients’ relationships
  • Actively involved in the end to end cycle of new clients’ pursuits, sales and onboarding
  • Responsible for regional client portfolio (expected approx 4 clients)
  • Point of contact for senior client relationships long term
  • C-suite leadership coaching and enablement
• Kick-start Human Design discussion with clients
  • Initial sprint setup including leading activities such as
    1. Line of Sight
    2. Culture survey
    3. Exec LDP
  • Liaise with Human Design Global Practice Leads to influence and bring best practice into programs
  • Lead top-down cultural transformation, working with the C-suite and exec layer in organisations
  • Senior cover for Human Design activities throughout migration including ongoing risk monitoring and escalation
• Cultural stewardship
  • Embody the Kraken ways of working and support the delivery team to do the same (and ensure a consistent experience across the portfolio)
  • Act as the bridge between new clients and best practice success stories

What you bring to the party:

• In depth knowledge and expertise in all facets of Human Design necessary to enable transformation (including cultural transformation, leadership development, coaching, learning)
• Experience in leading portfolios of major program transformations across different geographies
• Track record of trust-based partnerships with C-suite and executives
• Excellent communication skills at storytelling level across different seniorities and cultures
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and complexity
• Clear understanding of the connection between human, organisation and technology in the context of tech-enabled transformations
• Experience of working within the Energy, Utilities and Telco industries is highly desirable
• In depth knowledge of leadership and organisation behavioral best practices including concepts such as
