Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Human Design Lead to drive culture and ways of working transformation for major client programs in the energy sector. You will be the single accountable point for enablement, working with global leaders to deliver strategic coaching, learning, and leadership initiatives.

You will own senior relationships, start client engagements, and set up initial sprints including culture surveys and executive development plans.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Human Design and transformation (culture, leadership, learning).
• Experience leading major programs across geographies.
• Proven credibility with senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own new and existing senior client relationships.
• Lead end-to-end cycles of client pursuits, sales and onboarding.
• Manage a regional client portfolio (approx. 4 clients).
• Serve as the point of contact for senior client relationships long term.
• Provide C-suite leadership coaching and enablement.
• Kick-start Human Design discussions with clients.
• Lead initial sprint setup (Line of Sight, culture survey, Exec LDP).
• Coordinate with Global Practice Leads to bring best practices into programs.
• Lead top-down cultural transformation with the C-suite and exec layer.
• Provide senior coverage during migration with risk monitoring and escalation.
• Uphold cultural stewardship and consistent delivery experience across portfolio.

This role sits within the Human Design Team.

Purpose of the Human Design Lead

The main purpose of the Human Design Lead is to be the single point of accountability for the successful enablement and implementation of culture / ways of working transformation in our clients. Human Design activities align to Global Practices and include:

• Human enablement
• Behavioural transformation
• Leadership Development Programs
• Coaching
• Learning

What you’ll own

• New and existing senior clients’ relationships
• Actively involved in the end to end cycle of new clients’ pursuits, sales and onboarding
• Responsible for regional client portfolio (expected approx 4 clients)
• Point of contact for senior client relationships long term
• C-suite leadership coaching and enablement
• Kick-start Human Design discussion with clients
• Initial sprint setup including leading activities such as
• Line of Sight
• Culture survey
• Exec LDP
• Liaise with Human Design Global Practice Leads to influence and bring best practice into programs
• Lead top-down cultural transformation, working with the C-suite and exec layer in organisations
• Senior cover for Human Design activities throughout migration including ongoing risk monitoring and escalation
• Cultural stewardship
• Embody the the company ways of working and support the delivery team to do the same (and ensure a consistent experience across the portfolio)
• Act as the bridge between new clients and best practice success stories

What you bring to the party

• In depth knowledge and expertise in all facets of Human Design necessary to enable transformation (including cultural transformation, leadership development, coaching, learning)
• Experience in leading portfolios of major program transformations across different geographies
• Track record of trust-based partnerships with C-suite and executives
• Excellent communication skills at storytelling level across different seniorities and cultures
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and complexity
• Clear understanding of the connection between human, organisation and technology in the context of tech-enabled transformations
• Experience of working within the Energy, Utilities and Telco industries is highly desirable
• In depth knowledge of leadership and organisation behavioral best practices including concepts such as
