Job summary

Hiddenwell is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead Hugo’s Restaurant, The Atrium and Poolside service at Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire. The role covers day-to-day operations across Hugo’s, The Atrium and Poolside, with a 45-hour week and 5 days over 7.

Salary is £37,000 per annum, with a start around 01 October 2026. You’ll manage budgets, drive sales, lead the team, ensure top-tier guest experiences and maintain food safety & safety standards, while collaborating with kitchen and

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead Hugo’s Restaurant, The Atrium and our Poolside Drinks Service at Hoar Cross Hall

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation across Hugo’s, The Atrium and Poolside service, including:

Additional Information

• Contract Hours: 45 hours per week
• Salary: £37,000 per annum
• Working: 5 out of 7 days
• Estimated Start Date: 01 October 2026
