Hiddenwell is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead Hugo’s Restaurant, The Atrium and our Poolside Drinks Service at Hoar Cross Hall. You’ll steer a high‑standard hospitality operation on a stunning Staffordshire estate, delivering memorable guest experiences and solid financial performance.

You’ll bring proven restaurant or F&B management experience, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Restaurant Manager – Hugos

Location: Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire

Contract Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Salary: £37,000

Ready to lead something special? We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead Hugo’s Restaurant, The Atrium and our Poolside Drinks Service at Hoar Cross Hall. Set within a stunning Staffordshire estate, Hoar Cross Hall combines the elegance of a stately home with the indulgence of a luxury spa resort. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating and developing your F&B team

• Must have good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety requirements

Additional Information

• Contract Hours: 45 hours per week
• Salary: £37,000 per annum
• Working: 5 out of 7 days
• Estimated Start Date: 01 October 2026
