Their team works with high‑growth tech companies and global brands, helping them build scalable automation and measurable ROI through the full HubSpot ecosystem.

They are looking for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist, responsible for leading CRM onboarding, configuration, and optimisation projects across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub. You will work directly with clients to understand their processes, design scalable solutions, and deliver seamless implementations that enable them to fully leverage HubSpot as a growth platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end HubSpot implementations, including discovery, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, and go‑live support.
  • Translate client requirements into scalable CRM architectures across pipelines, workflows, automations, data structures, and reporting.
  • Deliver expert guidance on HubSpot best practices, revenue operations design, and process optimisation across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Train client teams, create documentation, and support ongoing adoption to ensure long‑term platform success.
Experience & Skills Required
  • 3-5+ years of hands‑on HubSpot implementation or HubSpot consulting experience within an agency environment.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations) including workflows, automation, custom objects, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong consulting skills: discovery, solution design, client communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high‑quality CRM solutions on time.
