Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a CRM Manager to own HubSpot Sales Hub and Revenue Hub Pro, aligning the CRM platform with sales and commercial needs. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, data quality, reporting, and automation across cross-functional teams.

Hybrid role in Ellesmere Port with a salary band of £60,000–£75,000 plus benefits. Experience with API integrations and multi-currency setups is advantageous for managing global operations.

Qualifications

• Accomplished HubSpot specialist with hands-on Sales Hub admin experience, ideally including Revenue Hub Pro, workflows, custom objects, reporting and integrations.
• Ability to translate commercial requirements into scalable system solutions and improve data quality and forecasting.
• Experience with API-based integrations and middleware such as n8n, Zapier or Make is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own platform configuration and development within HubSpot, including pipelines, workflows, integrations, forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and IT to ensure data accuracy and trusted reporting.
• Lead enhancements to automate processes and improve user adoption across the commercial function.
