Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Take charge of HubSpot's day-to-day operations, ensuring the system delivers maximum value to the firm.

Drive the automation of workflows, emails, and client touchpoints to save time and improve consistency.

Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams, ensuring everyone is equipped to use the CRM system to its full potential.

Analyse CRM data, monitor performance, and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

  • Experience in automating processes, improving data management, and driving effective reporting.
