Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Health Safety and Wellbeing Manager for the Longside Substation project in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. This full-time, site-based role focuses on delivering robust HSW guidance and support across the project, engaging with clients, delivery teams and supply chain partners to drive Zero Harm outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant Health and Safety qualifications.
• Similar industry experience essential.
• People management experience required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and guidance across the project.
• Lead on HS&W reporting and data analysis for trends.
• Coordinate with client, delivery team and supply chain partners.
• Develop and deliver HS&W training materials and sessions.
• Support production of HS&W communications and learning initiatives.
• Ensure documentation meets branding guidelines.
