Job summary

Sizewell C Limited is offering a Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Apprentice role within the Civil Works Alliance. You will work alongside safety professionals to uphold high standards across Sizewell C sites, supporting inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations while gaining practical HSW expertise over a typical 24-month program.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environmental Management.
• GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent, are required.
• Ability to work with project teams and safety professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support site inspections, audits and safety tours.
• Assist with risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Help investigate incidents, near misses and accidents.
• Prepare reports and maintain safety records.
• Support site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Promote positive health, safety and wellbeing behaviours.
• Assist with behavioural safety initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse health, safety and environmental performance data.
• Develop and review safety procedures and documentation.
• Build relationships with project teams, contractors and stakeholders.
