Job summary

Agnews in Northern Ireland seeks a welcoming customer service professional to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will engage with customers and help create a warm atmosphere with clear communication.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing experience in premium environments, GCSEs in Maths and English, strong communication, and a flexible, team-oriented approach; there may be coverage at our Mallusk dealership.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's customer-facing experience in a premium environment.
• Educated to GCSE level with a minimum grade C in Maths and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Strong presentation skills; well-presented application form.
• Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.
• May be required to cover Mallusk dealership.

Desirable:

• Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage.


• 2 + years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment.


• Barista trained would be an advantage.
