Job summary

JLL Workplace Management UK&I is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead HSSE strategy across Project Services. You will drive proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support incident investigations and continuous improvement across complex engineering projects.

The role requires NEBOSH qualifications and a minimum of 5 years in a HSSE management position within construction/engineering, with travel across the UK&I portfolio.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed a proactive HSSE culture across the Project Services Division.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Oversee risk assessments and RAMS processes for projects.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support ISO compliance across project activities.
