Job summary

Glanua is seeking an HSQE Advisor to support the implementation and continual improvement of the HSQE Management System across Glanua, Marches Biogas and Aqua Operations. You will conduct site visits, provide practical HSQE guidance to managers and staff, monitor compliance with ISO standards (9001/14001/45001) and drive a positive safety culture across group activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HSQE role.
• Extensive knowledge of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Legislation, Regulations and Best Practice; awareness of ISO standards.
• Minimum of a Level 4/5 or higher qualification in Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive HSQE culture across operations.
• Act as a point of contact for HSQE matters with managers, employees and contractors.
• Support the HSQE Management System’s implementation and continual improvement.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality legislation and company standards.
• Review risk assessments and method statements submitted by staff and contractors.
• Support HSQE audits, incident investigations and corrective actions.
