Job summary

Ford Mainwaring Limited is recruiting for an HSQE Advisor to ensure health, safety, quality and environmental policies are implemented across the business. The role involves visiting sites, auditing engineers and projects, and maintaining accreditations.

You will report to the Managing Director in a small team, manage workload, and split time between the office and site visits. Salary and benefits reflect the role and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and industry accreditations.
• Experience in building services, construction or engineering.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant HSQE legislation, standards and procedures.
• Promote a positive health, safety, quality and environmental culture across the business.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformances.
• Carry out site inspections and audits across engineers, sites, projects and procedures.
• Support with RAMS, HSQE documentation and reporting.
• Manage business accreditations, ISO systems and internal and external audits.
