Qualifications

Experience in an HSQE role within construction or civil engineering.
Strong knowledge of UK HSQE legislation.
Good understanding of construction industry best practice.
Confident working with operational teams and management.
Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with HSQE standards, legislation and industry best practice.
Provide practical HSQE support and guidance to project and operational management.
Carry out site audits, inspections and reviews.
Lead and support incident investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
Work with site teams to continually improve HSQE performance.
Promote a positive health, safety, quality and environmental culture.
Support the business in maintaining and improving its HSQE systems and standards.
