Winsearch are supporting a manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Health, Safety & Quality Systems Manager. This role will lead health and safety compliance across the business while maintaining and developing quality management systems in line with recognised standards.

The successful candidate will work with operational and senior leadership teams to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Health, Safety and Quality Systems in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Auditing experience and management of compliance systems.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and develop Health & Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001.
• Support ongoing management and improvement of ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Carry out internal audits and coordinate external certification audits.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Develop and review risk assessments, procedures and safe systems of work.
• Monitor compliance performance and provide reports to management.
• Deliver training and guidance on health, safety and quality matters.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance is maintained.

Winsearch are supporting a manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Health, Safety & Quality Systems Manager.

This role will be responsible for leading health and safety compliance activities across the business, whilst maintaining and developing quality management systems in line with recognised industry standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational and senior leadership teams to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the company's Health & Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001.
• Support the ongoing management and improvement of ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Carry out internal audits and coordinate external certification audits.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Develop and review risk assessments, procedures and safe systems of work.
• Monitor compliance performance and provide reports to management teams.
• Deliver training and guidance on health, safety and quality-related matters.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Health & Safety and Quality Systems position within manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.
• Experience conducting audits and managing compliance systems.
• Ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• NEBOSH qualification preferred.
• Internal Auditor certification would be advantageous.
